Ratio of Individual Income Taxes Collected to Corporate Income Taxes Collected: 1934 to 2012
The Tax Policy Center has an interesting table showing, among other things, the tax revenue collected nationally from individuals and from corporations for every year since 1934. The table below is a portion of that original table (which is based on data from the Office of Management and Budget) with the added feature showing the ratio of dollars collected from individual income taxes and from corporate income taxes. Please note: the data for individual income tax revenue and corporate income tax revenue is in millions of dollars!
