Workers Report Best Hiring States in US for 2011

Gallup asked U.S. workers whether their employer is hiring workers and increasing the size of its workforce or letting workers go and reducing the size of its workforce. A Job Creation Index was then computed by taking the difference between the two percentages. Gallup interviewed nearly 200,000 workers in 2011, including at least 500 in every state.
